Introducing Scott Fennell as President of TPL Lighting

We’re very excited to announce that Scott Fennell is joining our team as the President of TPL Lighting. Welcome, Scott!

This decision reflects our continued investment in the future, bolstering the agency with additional leadership capacity as we focus on expansion, excellence in service, and long-term partnerships.

Scott brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Managing Director of LED Linear USA. As President, Scott will lead TPL’s sales efforts, deepen our market engagement, and support the team as we pursue our next chapter of growth.

As TPL’s Co-Principals, Jennifer and Karolyn Pott remain highly involved in agency operations, ensuring that TPL stays true to our values, relationships, and long-term vision. They will continue to cultivate evolution at the agency through active leadership in partner relations, business development, creative direction, programming, and more.

Scott joins Jennifer and Karolyn as well as Tom Kukec, our VP of Projects + Quotations —TPL’s executive staff focused on driving innovation and supporting our larger team. Tom remains accountable for the key areas under his leadership, including ensuring project success and deepening relationships with specifiers, distributors, electrical contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
